Large Animals
At The Vets, we provide free farm visits for large animals and health checks to support farmers in the surrounding areas of Sale City and Wellington Shire.
We also discuss animal health management plans with farmers such as:
- mastitis
- treat sick animals on site
- foot conditions
- calving
- pregnancy testing
- ordering medication and veterinary products
- cost effective medicines available
Farm Visits
We do provide care for large animals such as cattle, sheep, pigs and goats and can travel to your farm if necessary. We can provide advice on animal health needs of your herd or flock including the right vaccinations or animal health medicines to use to treat mastitis or prevent disease in your animals.
Unfortunately, The Vets DO NOT provide treatment for horses.
