VetPay
For approved clients, we are pleased to offer VetPay, a dedicated payment plan designed to help manage the cost of veterinary treatment. VetPay allows you to spread payments over time, so you can give your pet the care they need without delay. If you’re interested in this option, please speak with our team before your appointment to discuss the application process and eligibility.

For your convenience, we accept a wide range of payment types, including:
- EFTPOS
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Cheque
- Cash
Please note that all payments are required upfront at the time of your appointment or service. We do not have an account system or the ability to invoice later. This ensures that we can continue to provide the best level of care for your pets while keeping our services accessible and transparent.
Pensioner & Concession Discounts
As a family-owned and community-focused clinic, we value our clients and understand that budgets can be tight. To support those in our community, we offer a discount to pensioners and health care card holders. Please let our team know at the time of payment if this applies to you.
